WAU provides unified technology operations across its regional footprint. Our technology platform currently consists of nine servers, a level 3 network switch and a backup external disk unit. The servers process individual tasks associated with WAU’s offerings while the network provides interconnection between the severs and the mobile operator's point of contact.

Through a direct connection to more than 50 mobile operators in Latin America, WAU provides a one stop interface for mobile users to interact with its application services and content database. These transactions are generally originated by the mobile user (through their mobile phones or via the web) and the transactions flow seamlessly though the mobile operator to WAU’s network. This flow allows both the operator and WAU to collect transaction and pricing information.

WAU uses Microsoft software as a base for its platform of application and operating systems. In relation to content creation, WAU uses Visual Studio 2005 (C#).
